Default Help, my car sucks

Chipped a new ECU since my old one is fried. Burned CSAdiict's bin to run my car just for now. Car won't rev past 3000 RPMs exactly. Not in limp mode, limp mode I can rev to 4000 RPMs and these are 450cc injectors so I would be running pig pig rich and I'm not. Don't know whats going on. Help.

Launch control? Have you tried driving it yet?

Have you tried burning another chip with a different map on it?

Burned a bin that isn't CSAddicts and it runs good. Throwing an O2 sensor code which is weird but it is idling the 450's like a champ. Maybe launch control but I couldnt even go past 3000 in fifth gear. I'll run it on the basemap I made for now I guess, I wanted to disable the O2 but when I save files in version 1.66 it says it gives me an error message about ecu failure which worries me. So I just burned a basemap in 1.64. It will do for now, turbo goes on monday, woo woo.
