Help!(Eagle Rods Torque Specs)

Does anybody know the torque specs for d16 Eagle rods with 3/8 ARP 2000 bolts.I've been searching for the past hour and can't seem to find any info.I need to know this ASAP.The motor is being put together as I type this.TIA

on the oldone's site it says 28 or it was 29 lb.ft

man doesn`t the 3/8 rod bolts only fits bigger bore D16s?
