to make this fit a t-25 do i have to make an adapter plate? and do i have to bore it out to fit a 1.6 litre like the hf manifold?

"typer" why don't you just sell it on ebay? You would get $75 (plus shipping) easy on ebay if you put a little high temp silver paint on it. Most people on this site know you can get one of these manifolds for half that price or less at a junkyard.
