This really sucks, I cant figure out whats wrong. This new gauge cluster I bought for my 93 Civic ex that came out of another 93 ex isnt working. The guy I bought it from said it was working fine when he took it out. When I put the JDM cluster back in my car to day, it works fine. Is there a way to test it out? The only thing not working is the speedometer.

 

It might be your VSS cable.
