Default piston & rods

ok, i have a d15b2 block with a built a6 head,and i want to keep the block and build it up,my ? i have a chance to buy
some crower rods and some je 10-7-1 pistons (going all motor for now)which are for the d16. will this work and will
i have to do any sleeve work or anything else to acomadate
the ingrediants i plan on doing. all your info is knowledge
to me help an old man out

id go with higher compression
maybe in the 12-13s
the crower rods are great

u might also need managment for compression over 12s

rod journals are different for d15/d16

if you have plans for boost, get some pistons in the 9.whatever:1

ok, 1 says yes and 1 says no on the rods WHO'S right?
I dont want to go much higher on comp,right now i'm 9-2-1
good for turbo but for now its all motor i want

D15 crower rodīs will work, not d16 CROWER RODīS

d15 rods are 3mm shorter than d16 rods, the pistons should be the same. Crower is the only maker of d15 rods last I looked, so if you want a built motor, just get a d16 block and put the goodies in it.
