I dont know about the states but here in Canada that would be considered manslaughter. we have gay laws here, like if a guy pulls a knife on me, I'm not allowed to shoot him because I have to use equal force, so I cannot shoot a guy thats about to stab me because its not fair to him.

In this case it means I'd have to step out of my car and beat him to the ground instead of running him down.

 

Now that I think about it, after I was done laying his *** out in the street, I would probably jump on top of my PT Cruiser and give all the wating cars a salute from the chest.
