i just put an ihi on my d16y7.....stock everything, but it struggles to run, barely turned over, and struggles to stay running.....im running non intercooled for now, until i figure out a way to mount my SMIC......could it be a fuel problem? a cooling problem? i have dsm injectors but havnt thrown them on yet, i was just wondering why its running like this and what i can do to fix it........

OF COURSE...........not.....lol, but i did run out just a little bit ago to pull trouble codes.....and it threw me a number 6 code......coolant temp sensor or some ----, what the hell?

 

You should be gettin a map code hence why it runs like total crap. Code 6 is always wiring or you just dont have it plugged in

 

get a fuel management even an FMU for christ sake and then well talk.

 

Hell even just a fpr and turn it up and get some check valves.
