Estimated 1/4 time
what 1/4 mile time should i expect when i have put eveything on the car.from a 99 civic lx sedan with a cx manifold w/ weirracing adapter plate, nissan t3 turbo, dsm ig intercooler, apexi digital s-afc, custom downpipe, 2.5 inch greddy evo
i agree with whitey.
but seriously, I doubt you will hit 14's your first time out. One being that I'm sure you will not have the car tuned to perfection, (2)your EK is heavy and it's a four door, (3) your intake manifold is shitty unless you mpfi'd it already.
Not tryin' to dog you but I'm saying it how I see it. Bamboo in his EK with a t25 did 15's and Julio in a ED 4dr did 16's with a 60/63 T3. So first time around I see you doing 16's to 17's and after a few trial and error and a little tweeking I think you could do 15's.
Again, not trying to talk down to your ----, just giving you my opinion like you requested

you should see 13's easy.
for fuel managent, just hang your O2 sensor out the front of the car so cold air hits it, and then it will run rich.
more air, more fuel right? 13's easy.
(with slicks of coarse)
