Tad, you sound aggrivated. Calm down man. The boost controller is really really simple. You need a brass T, ball bearing, small spring, and a bolt and nut.

On one end of the T air from the charge line goes in.

The opposite side has the ball bearing spring and bolt (the nut is used to lock the bolt in place) The whole thing is situated so that the spring is retained by the bolt and pushes the ball bearing against the inlet which is supplied air pressure from the charge line.

Finally on the side portion of the T is the outlet flange to your wastegate, which is let's say set at 8psi.

What the bolt does is compress the spring at a rate set by you to keep air pressure away from the wastegate. Once the turbo has charged enough air, say 12 psi. The spring will compress (the ball bearing will do this) air will flow to the output and then opening the wastegate at 12psi instead of the original 8psi.

See in my case I want to run 8psi but for some idiotic reason I thought 5.5psi was what the wastegate was set at. Soooo, I made this for no reason, and I'm out ~25 bucks.
