I'm having a shitty time getting my 5g civic radiator to fit in my 88 hatch, I'm thinking the cross member needs to get reduced. when you made yours did you just measure the distance for that arm going to the suspension and make one? that's the part that I'm not sure about.

how much would you sell your old one for?

Definately nice Aaron. I played with the idea of haveing those made, but then it never really happened. I'd like one for my project though.

Go with Steel... Aluminum won't last under the constant pressure/tension, and will become fatigued....
