ok, when cars are rated with hp, like the neon srt-4 is rated at something like 240 hp, is that whp or at the crank? I want to know what cars I can somewhat keep up with in my weight class. Also, the RSX is 200hp, is that whp or just at the crank, because my car is about 170whp, which would be Close to 200 at the crank.

 

Manufactures rate their cars at the crank.

Like my car. At the crank its 400hp!!! But only 171 at the wheels. :P

 

awd cars will always lose more power at the wheels than 2wd cars.

227 at the crank. 168 at the wheels. cant remember if its 168 or 186 though.

ive actually tested it on my bros wrx.

he now gets 285 atw
