Default What to buy...

This winter, I should start to recieve student loans, and ----..and I was gonna try to pull a few dollars and get a new ride. Im going to wyoming tech, but im from indiana. -lots of road trips, plus me and my wife wanna try to see some of the sights that are out that way, while there...

Im wanting to get a new car, something reliable, and something to just drive, and comfortable for the road trips, while im in school. then when school is out, mod it.-but i want something that is somewhat fast...and has a decent look to it. my budget is about $4500

my list so far...in this order
88-95 civic with a B16 in it
RX7 turbo2
camaro Z-28 with the 6 speed tranny
maybe a mustang?-im not a mustang fan, but i could tolerate one, if it were the right one.
an older cummins deisel crew cab truck

what would you put on the list?

Looks clean. That would be good for $4,000 if it is in as good mechanical condition. At least in MN, you don't have to pay sales tax on it if it is 10yrs+. So that is a bonus also.

I know Mazda lost their shirts on warranty claims on RX7s; if you want something reliable and you're deciding between a RX7 and a Honda i'd say stick with Honda. :P

I say an 88 CRX Hf with a B16, I/H/E. Some nice rims and lowered, and a decent sound system.

I have one at 160k still running fine. and it was raced for last 5 years. People just like to think they are unrelable.
