Default can a chipped ecu be used in a n/a car

if i do run uberdata will i have to chip and install the turbo on the same day, chip the ecu i mean, or could it be done ahead of time and still run as good

Yes, you can run NA with a chipped ECU. Just don't run the boost adjustments.

thts the easier way, if you dont have a toggle switch wired up to ur jumper j1 like me.

Most certainly. An NA car with lots of bolt ons and cam swaps can benefit alot from a solid dyno/street tune of the A/F and ignition map. Alot being maybe 5-10wph on 160-200whp NA Honda, when compared to a stock ECU.
5-10whp is a -----ton of a gain for you NA boys
