But the fact is, even though were fwd,
I know that the lightweight of our cars can make up for most of that. And we can build some blisteringly fast cars for much less than it would cost to buy an LS1 v8 car(all the other v8 cars arent even that fast).

Just be content in the fact that(as you said) they dont understand us, and we dont need them to.
We know we can buy a $3k civic hatch, throw 5k into it, and run 12's thats $8k and your running 12's in a car that you can PERSONALLY actually take credit for its prowess.

Just because your some yokel who was told by a v8 head that an ls1 car runs low 13's and you bought one, will NOT make you a big man.

Thats one thing I dont get... why do they think they're so tight for plunking down a wad of cash? anyone can do that.
