b16 2 dizzy/obd 1 harness question

well, i got dooped into buying an obd2 b16 dizzy from a guy saying it was an obd1 dizzy.....anyway to wire the obd2 dizzy so i can run it with my obd1 harness

a friend of mine did that.he re-wired the obd2 dizzy with obd1 plugs.he got his info from honda tech.works fine his car runs damn good.
