I have a used B-series HKS cast manifold for internally gated Garrett T25, GT25/28 turbos (the smaller rectangle ones). This manifold has a very nice silver ceramic coating (thats held up for 2 years now.. still looks good) which really did bring down the temps.

Please note GARRETT T25 flange, not Mitsubishi.
