My exhuast manifold had huge cracks in it and most if not all my studs were broken off in my head, THAT was fixed. I have actually spent over 2500 gettin my galant project on the road. WEll last night I finished bolting up my intercooler piping, blowoff valve etc and took it out. Car WAS ------ fast. I have come to realize that I had a clutch because I had no hp, now that I do have hp, I no longer have a clutch. Its an interesting situation. So now im stuck with like 500 bones and no clucth. I think im gunna drop it off at pruven motorsports because i have no idea how to get one of these trannies out. cars ------ suck........

 

Get a really really good clutch so you don't have to worry about it for some time. 500 bones? You got the dyno sheets to prove that?

 

just be patient...seriously. if you pay shops to do all the work, it's gonna get realy expensive, realy fast.

Ohh. Sorry, not all up on this lingo :P Ask me gang lingo or Spanish and I'll know lol.. But I'd say put in the clutch yourself, and like trebor_nordap said, be patient.

 

it is the same as putting a honda clutch in, why is it any different? ---- $350 put it in yourself and buy yourself 35 ********.

 

It's 4wd...not the same as Honda

 

if someone else with two hands, 10 fingers, and a brain can do it so can you. it's just gonna take you alot of time and too much cursing to do it. i did my clutch myself with the car on jackstands and it took me 3 days
but i did it though and it felt real good saving $250. in shop labor. if you're not rich and want a fast car, some good advice is: learn to work on your car yourself. don't take it in a bad way ok. plus, you never know if the people fixing your car could ---- something else up in the process and not mention it to you.

 

3 days ... lol...after a while you'll get used to it
