Default no compression

so i bought a 1991 honda civic that ran but very rough. after looking at the codes it was throwing code 16 so i replaced both injectors,FPR and ecu because i had 1 laying around. then i replaced the fuel filter. car ran better and there are no codes. but car still runs like ----. so i did a compression test 120 on all 3 cyl and 1 is like 15psi. so is this a head gasket or rings. can i do the test wet to find out?

if it happens on only one cylinder.
try pour like one table spoon of engine oil INTO the spark plug hole and do the test again...if it shoots up, then it is almost sure that the rigns are bad.
if not, then it`s prob.ly the valve.

BTW, isn`t 120 a ~~little~~ too low
did you go WOT when you do it?

when i did the test it was not at WOT. why does that matter..it is a cheap harbor frieght gauge. you think it is a valve? i am half way in to the head gasket i have a extra d15 head that i can throw on. but how can i tell if it is a valve. #3 cyl on exhast in wet with oil our coolant. coolant doesent look black eather. ill check back later
thanks
