I just found out that Indian Larry died. That really sucks cause he was one of the top bike builders and one of my favorites. That really sucks, he was only 55, he died surfing on the seat of his motorcycle. Am I the only one who just found out about this now?

His bikes were bad ***. But I still like the old skool Jesse James bikes. One day when i get rich i will own a West Coast Choppers bike.

All Indian Larry did was old school bikes. Jesse James bikes are considered modern compared to Larry's. But nonetheless they were both friends

 

hell yeah they were friends. have you ever watched those great biker build off's on the discovery channel? they are all great people who do great things.

i love to watch those type of shows just to watch the craftsman ship that goes into those things.
sometimes the shows are annoying but all in all its alot of fun to watch them build ----.

 

i dont have flash on my computer at work, so i cant access his site, but this is bad ***. i thought he made the hubless bikes on a single swing arm. maybe im confusing him with someone else.

 

the hubless bike was made by "Psycho" Billy Lane, also a friend of Larry's.

 

ohh yeah, billy lane. that guy is bad *** to.

 

What sucks is how now the whole "chopper"/custom bike scene is becomming like the import fad fest used to be.

 

I called in the day he died and said I was sick. Well I didn't but I'll be sure to pour some Miller out of my 40 for him. Wait I don't drink so I guess it's just rip. :P
