i have been looking for new seats for my civic but every place wants too much money. i was on ebay last night and found these for $179 for both, not a bad deal.all i could think of is "whats gonna break on them" or "can the quality be that shitty". what do you guys think of them?

 

I know they are a mugen knock off, but i think they actually look pretty good. Im curious to see how comfortable and durable they are, though

 

I think it is cheesy. why buy fake mugen seats that look nothing like real ones and try to front when you can buy a decent set of blank seats for appx the same price?

 

but how much is shipping on those seats? I'd rock em if they were completely black and blank. Maybe you could cutout the mugen stiching. But overall it looks good, and for not a bad price either.

 

they look a whole lot like a pep boy's "3a racing" seat w/ a mugen patch on it to me. I'd make fun of you if I saw them in your car on the street.

 

I'd laugh everytime I looked in the rear view only to find I was laughing at myself :P

But bam, you gotta admit, for 179, it ain't that bad. If you bought one 3a seat from pepboys you deserve to be laughed at spending 300 on a booty seat, but this is a pair man... two! as in 1.... 2.... twooooooo.

 

yea you should buy those cool ones that are being sold in the for sale forum.... they are alot cheaper and get the job done

That is a pretty good deal (ebay). I wouldn't go for the Mugen knock-offs, I hate when people buy ---- thats not real like that.
