Your kinda comparing apples and oranges. Pressure and flow are two different properties.
1psi in a 10 inch pipe has a different flow than 1psi in a 1 inch pipe so there's no direct link between pressure and flow.

the correct way would be to find your psi on the map at your flow rate and see where it lands on your compressor map, there was a thread on it a while back, it's some complicated stuff, but I got it after a while, so you can too.
