Default JDM D15B SOHC VTEC LongBlock ** So Cal ** $400

For sales is the LongBlock only. No distributor, ECU, wiring harness, but they are available if I have them in stock. You will recieve them fully assembled and ready to bolt up to a transmission and go. These engines average 30k miles and never have over 40k.Our engines are very clean and well maintained. These engines have a 6 month warranty (see motor warranty info for details). Our engines are compression and leak down tested at our main Tokyo location, and again in our California warehouse (see motor testing info for details)

The JDM D15B engine is the best SOHC VTEC engine available in my opinion. Why pay the more for a USDM engine with more miles and less power. These engines rev higher and more smoothly then any other SOHC engine available, not to mention the stock cam out of the JDM D15B is more aggressive (comparable to the ZEX 59300, which costs upwards of $300 on its own).

Engine Specs:

OBD 1 (92-95) JDM D15B
130 PS (128.xx HP)
1,493cc / 75.0~84.5
9.6:1 Compression

Why does it have a y8 intake manifold on it? Do they come with that cause all the d15b's I've seen have just the z6 mani? Just curious?

geldingmakr -
You can use most of your stuff. You will need to add the vtec switch, a vtec distributor, and a sohc vtec ecu.

stillnoturbo -

The engines will come with the stock manifolds.

I want this engine bad seen ur ad on ebay d15b put it in my rex and turbo it comp. is 9.5-1 or so, so it would be good for 7-8 psi is what im thinking... engough to make 180 hp the agressive cam intregs me and am curious to learn more bout this engine hands on... Would you be interested in any trades? I have a few stuff, 17" Centerline rpm wheels polished brand new, 4 lug honda/acura dual pattern, forged one piece weigh like 11 lbs each light as hell come with 2 new tires on and 2 neeed to be replaced...I am asking $775 cash for them, new they were $350 a rim, but would be interested in a straight trade for the d15b engine? Also do you ever get any or can get any ZC LSD trannys? if so how much...
