A quote from the Full-Race intake manifold thread... "Pricing is expected to be ~899, but working to keep it low (hopefully 799)."

You call 800 ------- dollars low? If Full-Race lowered their insanely high prices maybe they would get more business.

Do you guys realize that this actually hurts our industry? Its easy to rip something off, the hard part is innovating. Keep ripping off the innovators, and soon there will be only rip offs and nothing new.

Yeah I love how they are complaining that affordable parts are going to kill the import industry I'm sure kooks manifolds felt the same way when Full-Race ripped off the original design.

Yeah, if everybody would just stop selling oil lines, I could bump my price up to $250. LOL

It's not killing the industry, it's killing thier profit margin. It makes more products more inexpensive to more consumers. There comes a point when your profit margin can hurt your overall service though. When manufacturers try to match low prices of a competitor, it usually equals less profit per product/service, which IS a bad thing for the consumers.
It's a balance, but at some point you have to recognize that OBX really isn't a competitor of thiers. They are two different qualities.

I hate to admit it but that piece LOOKS good, no comment on quality/performance, but they did say it's made out of 321.

I'm still waiting for somebody to try out the LSD.

Gee, I wonder why a company would complain about somebody selling the same product for cheaper? I can't ---- money(Yes, I have tried)so I'm not about to spend $30,999 on a ------- manifold from them. If they want to stay competitive, lower those god damn rediculous prices.

Competition is good for business anyways.
