IHI Turbo 2 questions

Does anyone know where I can get a flange to match up with this:

I thought I would ask before I had one made.

What are the 2 black tubes in this pic? For water?

I do beleive those are water lines, as for the flange, dunno, sorry

No I bought one of those kits from jgstools.com, and I'm going to weld it together.

Damn I found this but I had my stepdad make on for me for free but that damn triangular flange is for the birds. I just welded a T3 on top of that.

That's a damn good idea. Then I could make a T3 flanged manifold and maybe get something for it when I was done with it, or upgraded my turbo.
