But how did it get there?Did the teg just slide under?

 

Just look at the picture itself. Not only is the situation pretty much imposible without some sort of staging, the integra is in way too good of condition to have had a car land on it. There is a slight crumple in the front fender but other then that the car looks intact which really wouldnt be the case. Also if you look at the border around the car on top of the teg it just dosn't really look natural. I'm deffinatly calling a photochop.
