I heard about htis on the radio, pretty sick, How drunk do you have to be to not notice.

Like you said he probably was going to vomit, but the driver just went home, slept, like nothing.

i bet you he said something to him like "aye man get out, were home" but thought he was jus sleepin in the car and was to lazy to get out... that'd be fucked up if he never knew what happened... its not like he heard his friend go AHHHHHHHH when his head fell off... when ur drunk u look forward not at ur friend. he wakes up the next day "ur under arrest" not even knowing whats going then they tell him his friends dead and his head got cut off... i'd be devistated and ----... yah being charged with dui but leaving the scene of an accident? its not like he crashed his car.

yeah, and technially his friend killed himself :P just think if he was sober, and his friend was sticking his head out the window and this happened and he stopped, he wouldn't be charged with anything. the fact that he was drunk, he deserves a dui, the fact that he went home and crashed with his friend dead in his truck, he definitely deserves leaving the scene. but they're just slapping it on him b/c he was drinking and driving when this accident occurred, i'm in no way sticking up for the guy, but it was his friends drunkness that killed himself.

 

i agree... its hard to notice that ur friend jus got his head cut off... unless he was staring at him that ***** like split second timing dude. i know i wouldnt be staring at him if i was faded as ---- tryna drive
