GROUP BUY Tyrus INTERCOOLERS $220 shipped! NOW 10 people!
Ok fellas, we are doing a group buy just for Homemadeturbo.com members, Tyrus has made some sweet intercoolers for us in the past. This group buy is for the:
Core size: 30 X 5 X 2
Tanks: 2 wide X 5.75 high X 3.25 deep
Piping: 2.5 OD X .0625 wall X 2.25 long (end rolled)
Outside of end tank to outside of opposite end tank: 33.75
There are seven cooling rows and six fin rows on this intercooler. The cooling rows on this intercooler are internally finned.

95 EG Hatch (easy to install)
00 EX (also pretty easy to install)
NOTE: this is the 6inch cooler, that is NOT offered with this group buy. But its just to give you an idea what they look like. The 4g Chasis its a bit tougher to install, but if you have an 88HF it wouldnt be too bad.
Please dont ask if it will fit such and such, because we havent installed it on every car, nor how hard it would be to install. I recommend taking off your front bumper and taking some measurements to see if it will fit for your application. Dont even ask if you can get one shorter, because its not going to happen.
"The inlet and outlet on this intercooler have been end rolled. This helps to prevent charge piping blowing off the unit under boost. The bottom and top of this intercooler does show where the intercooler was cut from the larger core. The fins have been removed from these areas, but they are still a little rough. This does not affect performance of the intercooler at all, and can be sanded down further if you want it to be perfectly smooth. The end tanks have a semi polished finish. It is not a mirror finish, but the are nice and shiny."
