what happened to a salvage title? why cant you sell the cars whole?

dammit! im in WA state.lol but o well. not much do u want for the heater controls/ac. and the little plastic cover up by the rear view mirrior. ill also like the corner lights and bumper lights.

The CRX is smashed in the back and the Integra is smashed in the side. Thats why I said please don't ask. Both are beyond repair
