Z6 head on 89si engine?

hey whatare the steps to putting a z6 head on my stock si engine? I have an 89si but the engine I have in it is an 90 so I just need the basic how to's or just the steps. What I have so far is the head the timing belt and he headgasket. plz reply thanx.

I find that first link very confusing. I dont think that is a mini me (z6 HEAD swap), rather a d16z6 engine swap. The second link is the one I have read and would use for information. But I would ask around and wait a little more because I hear its easier to use a newer y8 head. Because the distributor bolts on exactly

Good luck with the swap....

Did it myself in my 90 civic ex(4dr.) Its a little extra help in the top end.....dont expect a Vtec that will throw you in your seat.

If you need a Vtec controller i can sell you one and instructions on how to wire it.

I have a Fields Boxer Vtec controller.....
