can i use an adapter plate for a 14b for my 13g (td04)?

 

inlet is a little smaller on the housing, but the 4 bolt holes align exactly the same.

14b and the TD04 (auto) from the dsms are almost identicle turbos, just a tad bit smaller.

If you do use that turbo and adapter plate you will need to chanfer the edges on the exhaust housing because the hole is quite a bit smaller than the 14b, and you want good/smooth flow into the housing.
