91 civic hb

ok i got a 91 civic hb i think i got a d151 in side"wow the whole 70 horses lol" i was wonderin if a turbo is even worth lookin in 2 and what power increase i mite be lookin at if i was to get 1 plz help thx

upgrading to a Si engine ecu and harness for like 400 would be a better bang for the buck though.
