Ok i got the starion to day for 400 bucks and cleaned it up and its looking good. I did a Tune up: Plugs, cap, rotor, oil change, pcv, fuel filter and wires. The car over heats due to a shitty radiator but it drives fine till i hit around 7 psi then the power just cuts out. I need a new turbo i think cause its putting a lil oil in the intake, any way why is the power cutting off? am i over boosting? it went up to about 11 psi in 2nd and should the i beable to move the wastegate actuator by hand easily? it seems stuck to me. Any help would be nice thnx

 

List your setup, especially fuel and ignition managment.

im pretty sure they run 11psi stock...

maybe the oil is causing it to not run right if its gettin a lot in with the air.

the turbos shouldnt be too much but i wouldnt buy a stock turbine if you're going to buy one. buy a bigger one with the same flange. those are kickass cars and i almost had one but some ------- bought it right before me

I would just park the bitvch chand fo througu everything, especiall ythat turbo, get a new one mam. there are plenty of turbos for sale on here. then just do a really really good tune up. then buen some tires odfff!@!!!

I just checked the compressor wheel and it has very very lil play, i was told that they went to 11 psi after 87 and was 7.5 psi b4, and i got a 87

 

hummm....do a really good compressiopn test, and a really good tune up, and check your connections on everything. just go through and tune everything up, and get all your belts tight, everything. just spend all day and go through everything. change your fluids, make sure everything is good, i mean everything. you will be suprised how much ---- will be fucked up.

change your plugs, and if you can wires, and cap. just go through everything!

*if some ---- doesnt sound right, its because im drunk. LOL
