how should i gap my plugs???

Default how should i gap my plugs???

i was wondering what is a good place to start my spark plug gap.

also, how would i know if i need to go wider or narrower


btw, it its a jdm d15b single cam on 5.5 psi w/ 390 cc injector and AFC.

how to gap your plugs or where to set the gap?


if you look, there was a thread about how to gap plugs that was posted like maybe last week? if you thumb through the threads, you will be sure to find it. it shouldnt be to far back.

what i meant was where should i set the gap nad what should i use as a refrence to adjust the gap, meaning what should i expect to change when i change the plug gap..





i read that other thread and it was very vauge.

grab the end of you're screwdriver and hit it once or twice on top. then plug that ****** in and see how that feels.

I set mine at about 0.27
I put a feeler gauge inbetween and hit the top with a very small hammer a few times

dude that was stolen months ago.. recovered striped and burnt in pico rivera.

I bought a 2000 bmw 540i a little over a month ago.

so will gapping my plugs less reduce the bubbling sound that i get at idle?
