the description is very vague.. doesn't tell me what tranny or exact motor he is running. I can tell that it is definately a SBC and running a pretty basic ignition system (probably a mallory). The setup of the motor probably points to it being a pre '86 style, thinking more about it it's definately a 350 that has only been stroked and not bored.

You have no idea about old school hotrodding. Lots of guys take any car they want and throw some domestic power into it. I've seen plenty of chevy Vegas that could spank the ---- out of that car.. this really isn't that impressive to me, I've already picked apart his entire setup.
Takes a domestic lover to love or hate the ---- that's going on here.. I'm just really not that impressed.

it has a shitty rear end too. not to mention if you floored it your head would smack the back of the cage.
people throw 350's in everything

my moms boyfreind just bought a chevy 72 van with bored/stroked motor 350 not sure what its bored to. 700r tranny with a shift kit for 1000 dollars. FOR A WORK VAN.
i wanna take it to the strip before we load it down with tools. that accords ok but its a -----d out thing to do. people do it to cars all the time. if you came to a strip around here youd see like 10 berettas with 350's in them
