Hey Murdoc, that's the FC RX7 driver. Supposedly he's one of the best in the street racing circuit until this 16-year old dude named Takumi pops out of nowhere and dominates. And get this, he only delivers tofu...

yeah it's an anime drifting tv show. About some kid that learns how to drift delivering tofu.
