I have a T3/T4 and the exhaust side is a .48A/R and i recently recieved a downpipe for my car and the exhaust flange on the downpipe was too small. How many sizes are there?. the ID of the flange on the downpipe was 2" where was the ID of the exhaust on my turbo is 2.336". not to mention the bolt holes dont even come close to lining up because of the size.....same pattern (3bolt) but just too small. do you guys know of anywhere u can get a flange to fit

 

Sounds like the same size as my Saab unit. I found one on Ebay but didn't need it because I use the factory Saab elbow with the O2 built in.

I bought a replacement "5-bolt flange" for my SVO .60/.63 T3 and it was too big, but was the right shape... For some reason everybody sells the WG block-off 5-bolt echuast flange, but no body has the 5-bolt flange with the wastegate puck/flap/disk still on it..

 

I got mine from BMC racing. I replaced my exhaust housing and the dp hole on the new housing is bigger than the stock saab one. I'd Email him and send him the dimensions that you need, he can probbably CNC your flange for less than that ebay flange that you don't quite know the dimensions of.

 

i have ran into 2 diff. size t3's. the one that was on my dp was to small(still 5 bolt but to short). and the other which i have been told is the standard t3 size,is bigger.like PureCRXtasy said get ahold of BMC racing and he shold be able to help u out. he did me.

 

I ditto that. Befoer I used my elbow BMC told me he could make it no problem. Just send him a gasket.
