I want to download an program where I can resize pics and save them as any format I want. I'm sure all of you know what I am talking about. Where can I get a free non-trial version of a good one?

Tried it, they have a lot, but they are all trial versions where you get to use the program like 5 times before buying it you know.

Go with IrfanView. It's the second link posted above. It's free and a retarded monkey could use it. It has alot of nice features for a free program.

you have windows XP? us MS Paint that's what i use on all my pics.

download one of the trials, then go to astalavista.box.sk and get a crack for the programs.

 

acdsee is a good program.
