Default Help!!! I'm installing my turbo in my civic?

I'm installing my turbo in my civic. I have a mini-vtec, I'm installing an custom turbo that I bought from a friend. (The turbo is a Garett T3 from a Saab)He blew a valve and the enigine was smoking. My question is that someone told me that the since he blew the his motor oil got in the turbo compressor. My question is the turbo gonna to blow smoke. Should I get a new turbo or rebuild it? How much psi should I set it at! and still kick some V8's ***!!!!

If oil did get in there it should just burn off. The PSI depends on your goal, fuel management, and tuning.

Yea it should burn off. I had this happen since i bought a turbo from a friend and supposedly he blew his motor. Oil was bubbling out from the actuator rod. I had the turbo rebuilt just in case though.
