Torque specs for d16

im gonna put my engine together tomorrow and i need someone to tell me the rod and crank bolt torque specs for a d16y8

and how much should i file my je rings for turbo apps?

I believe the ring gap is .004 x bore. I believe we used .17 on all of them.

The rod bolts are 23 lbs (arp 2000 bolts are +5)
The crank bolts are 18, then 38.
