Different ways of giving vouches (or referances) is to show your ebay feedback or give email addresses of people you have dealt with on the net. It doesn't have to be from this site, it can be from anywhere. List where you live, contact phone #, ect. Anything to let others know you are who you are.
Selling some low dollar items is definately a way to gain a base of good vouches. Then the larger items sell easier. -Steve
