VTEC valve cover on non VTEC head

I heard somewhere that ppl are putting DOHC VTEC Vlavle covers on stock LS motors and selling them to people saying its VTEC.. Is this possibly. Cause that is totally gay...

Not to mention the fact that a VTec head will have a big fat VTec solenoid hanging off the upper left hand corner, and taking it off leaves a leaky hole... bah.. If someone buys it without looking at it, they deserve to get ripped off.
