I need a custom manifoldfor a 1994 audi s4 quattro to mount to a t3/t4.
(inline 5 20-valve)

Need to know who can build me or make me one. And a price.

if you can get me some material..meaning flanges for the head and the t3, and mandrel bends i can do it for you for 250 and you pay for the materials. plus ill need some picutres of the engine bay as well as drawings of what you want it to look like. its kinda hard cause i have never seen that engine before. but give me some ideas and ill make something up for you

 

Get a MIG welder, some weld-els, beer and goto town. There is more then enough resources on this website to show you the way.

 

The thing is i dont have the stuff to make it and I would rather have someone who know's there ---- to do it.

Just mail a gasket to BMC and he will make you a header flange and the right size manifold. i would think that for $250 you would get the thing mailed to your door. All you have to do is talk to him.

got to bmcrace.com he can make flanges and such for you and if you got get me some piping i will be more than happy to weld it for you. and mailing him a gasjet is a good idea for the flange. let me know what you want to do

true. You can do anything that you set your mind to. But me I just bought all the ---- from the people on here that make the ----. Like steve and the bmc guy and had my exhaust done for me cuz I know the guy and I do ---- for him. It will look alot cleaner and fit better if you buy it from someone who knows what they are doing. But you can still do it yourself. I have done alot of things and I am just fed up with making ---- myself. I do what I am good at and let the other people do what they are good. Just turns out nicer in the end.
