How much air should come out of 14b turbo

Default How much air should come out of 14b turbo

Hello,
I was wondering what kind of force should the air have coming out of a 14b turbo.
I just got my setup complete and it dosen't seem have be pushing much air.
the wastegate is close at all times.

it should move a pretty decent amount of air in neutral reving it up. Once the car is under a load it will make a shitload more..

425cfm @ 12psi or was it 15?

Take the charge pipe off the compressor and feel the airflow when someone blips the throttle, it should be very obvious.

What kind of problems you having?

Hello,
When i posted this, i forgot to tell you guys that i rebuilt
the 14b turbo(took it apart and let it soak in oil for 2 days or so)
i think i could have put the shaft in backwards?
The turbo spin very fast but really doesn't move that much air.
