T3 downpipe flange

Which car did the t3 with the 3 bolt downpipe flange come on? Which make and which model? All help appreciated

Mine has a 3 bolt flange. 48/42 from a Saab. Mine also has the 3 bolt cast elbow with the 02. I found a gasket for mine at Autozone. They let me go through the exhaust gasket boxes.
