throtle kit

im thinking about getting a new throtle kit but ive heard both good and bad reviews so i need some clarification in what to do
ex civic 04

a new throttle kit. What are you tryin to do? replace the cable? throttle body, intake, injectors, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, what are you tryin to do??!!
