Default need engine management suggestions

I have a 91 crx si, with a jdm b16a with itr cams,
Im going to be strapping on a rev hard kit in the next 3-4 weeks, and I dont know what im going to do about engine management. I only plan to run 7psi.

So what i want to know is, can i get by okay with the inline fuel pump, fmu, and a missing link, without the risk of grenading my motor?

Id like to do turbo edit, but according to the guy who wrote it, he said they havent solved all the problems with vtec and such.

Would the vafc hack work for me with dsm injectors? Will i be able to go to a tuner and have them tune my setup using the vafc or are they going to look at me like im retarded.

I dont feel comfortable tuning the car myself thats another reason im not sure the turbo edit will work for me, I dont think any of the local shops around me (jotech, intercrew ) will know how to work it and tune my car?

what should i do?

Hell yeah, the vafc works ------ great I'm boost 10-11psi
w/1 check valve inbetween the fpr & BOV so I won't get a CEL, 450s dsm, 255 walboro, & .63 trim nissan t3. When boost kicks in on !st gear the tires chirp. Distributor retarded 6 degrees w/ngk 4091 gapped .0028. Check the fi forum for my pics.

get 450's, use turbo edit, and use a vafc.

don't use vtec in the rom (Disable in turboedit), and use the vafc to enable and up the fuel a touch for vtec.

if you go this route, do not use the vafc as in the afc hack faq. use it simply to control vtec, as if you did not have the 450's or a turbo.

so basically use the vafc with all default settings, except for vtec?

Does anybody know when turbo edit will support vtec?

No, it doesn't only go to 7400 on the high cam..

I just don't know what the RPM scale is so I filled it in the low cam.

I personally don't use a PR3.. it's a piece of ---- ECU.

Second, there is no boost code for a PR3, so you would _have_ to use the AFC hack when using a PR3 ECU anyway.

If you want to use TurboEDIT to control your boost, use a PM6, and the PGMFI-NG26 bin (current as of this post).

okay,

so if i use the pm6 bin, what do i do about vtec?

i opened up the pr3 bin again just to look and no matter what i do i cant see any rpm past 7400 it wont let me resize the window or do anything with it.

Same with the bin that you suggest, when i open it up i cant see anything past 7400
