Default 2 steps colder plugs??

Where can I get them and what brand should I get? I checked at my local performace store, but they can't find any.

in my experience... turbo plugs are best gapped at .25 (what most ngk's come with out of the box)... especially if ur running over 8 psi.

I just researched all of this last night.
Go to ngk.com. It isn't ngk's site, but they sell spark plugs. Read a little and find out what your car calls for stock (mine= d16y8 = 2FR5F-11 (part # ). Now, the number you are concerned with in there is the 5. That's the heat range, and from my researching I know that if I want the next step colder, I will need to make that 5, a 6. So the part number I'm really looking for (to be one step colder) is 2FR6F-11. So then on the ngk.com site I look up the part number and find 2FR6F-11. It says find applications, and I do. So now all I have to do is go to autozone and tell them I want stock ngk plugs for a 93 Prelude Vtec 2.2 H22A1.

Note: I found the "7" ones (two steps colder, but it didn't give me any applications for it, it just says that they make it, which doesn't seem like it would be easy to find since theres no application listings.

I'm also using stock NGK copper core gapped to .030... Seems ok so far, but I might try one step colder and see if there is any difference.

Funny thing is that I went to Advanced and they never heard of 2 steps colder and said they couldn't even order them. I went to Pepboys and the guy wouldn't sell them to me. Not even 1 step colder.
