obd1 d1 ecu chippable?

hey is the p05 or whatever its called, the obd1 d15b7 chippable in anyway like the obd0 si ecus are?

Go to http://www.moates.net/gmecm/hworder.html
and you can get the OBD1 kit ...for chipping the ecu. and you can get the moates burner while you're at it.
And use uberdata.
You can convert the P05 so it can activate vtec also....look for info at www.pgmfi.com
