5 speed manual tranny with no grinding. Water pump and timing belt were replaced at 102,xxx. Car now has 110,xxx. interior is in great condition with no tears, leaks, etc. Has some hail damage and dent in rear passenger fender. PM me if you have anymore questions. I'm in the Dallas Ftworth area, will meet half way if it isnt too far away. I'm looking to get 3500.

The damage is that dent near the fender well, the rest of that stuff is just dirt.
