driving tonight 4th gearafter a long up hill boosting about 3 min later i hit a red on highway and stop and car dies. I start it up drive like 2 blocks light flickers dies and wont start. I thinkin alternator start like 1 min laterripto like 30 and it dies and Ipull of road pop hood andplay with underhood fuse box and alt cables are tight.

wait 5 min start and it is fine

drivehome for likehour no problems

Idont have rad fan isonly thing. umm stock mapsensor if that maters. wasent over heatingthat ithink of im thinking loose connection in fuse box

Sounds like you have bad electric connection. Have you changed you injectors and added resistors. Caus on mine, the resistor got faulty and the car did not start (broken leg)

What car do you have? If it is a Honda I would check the main fuel injection relay(big brown relay under the dash) these will get hot and stop working, cool down and start back. This could also be a bad ignition module or coil, they will do the same thing, break down under heat. When it stops running check for fire at the spark plugs and pulse at the fuel injectors, pulse but no fire suspect the coil, no pulse or fire suspect the ignition module, no power to the injectors or the coil suspect the relay.

 

When it happend I though main relay cause the lights flickered andyou could hera a under dahs relay flickering then stop then while I was cranking everynow and then you heard the relay arc. then after 10 min of cooling it ran fine.

All electrical connections aretight, stock injectors etc,

 

Could it be anything to do with your under hood fuse box? I relocated that like jeff did on the built ZC to under the IM
